CUBE, is Wynwood’s first new office building for creative-class professionals. The architecture and landscape of CUBE is inspired by the industrial vernacular of Wynwood and the subtropical climate of the region. It was designed from the inside-out to tell a story about sustainability in an art-centric urban context. CUBE incorporates exposed concrete walls accompanied by a diverse planting palette.
